Icarus’s Field Guide gains subcategories in Week 252. Weapons, tools, ammunition and other groups can be compared more precisely. The parent category remains available for an unfiltered overview.
Open the guide with J or F1; right-clicking an item and selecting Open in Field Guide also reaches its entry. RocketWerkz calls this sorting a first pass and requests further improvement suggestions.
Another Source of Organic Resin
Sandhorns in Elysium’s deserts can now leave a Sandhorn Horn. The drop is common but not guaranteed. Mortar & Pestle processes one horn into 300 Organic Resin. Hunting is therefore another source without every killed Sandhorn promising a guaranteed identical yield.
For farming, repeated watering of already supplied plants is removed as an XP source. Normal XP for actual watering and fertilising rises from one hundred to one hundred fifty. These separately address a repeatable bug and normal action rewards.
Several virtual stat calculations are corrected too, including links for fish weight, resistances and companion yield. Such bugs may change interpretations of earlier talent tests. Patch notes do not provide a complete new comparison of every build.
The radiation preview belongs to the next weekly version. After release, assess it against the actual update rather than leaving it described here as a forthcoming feature.
