Grounded 2 0.5.1 Fixes Buggy Inventories; Co-op Hotfix Addresses Steam Regions

Obsidian fixes numerous Grounded 2 issues in 0.5.1. Items should no longer disappear when moved into Buggy inventory with the mouse. A destroyed nest structure should not permanently disable its Buggy, and improved awareness helps them join battles.

Follow-up hotfix 0.5.1.1 addresses a separate multiplayer issue: Steam players could fail to connect depending on download region. If affected, check the corrected game version before permanently changing region settings.

Tools and Progression

Infused Ooze is removed and the tier-four Omni Axe recipe adjusted. Repeatedly releasing and pressing Chop no longer accelerates gathering. Older recipes and farming videos can therefore differ from the current version.

Milk Molars and Moldy Milk Molars gain more available upgrade tiers, with upgrades also added for Mega Milk Molars. Fist weapons should retain their original damage type after elemental upgrading.

For The Abyss, Obsidian corrects maps and interactions; Creative mode no longer requires the Diving Suit to open the hatch. Ladybug reservoir filling with Pond Water and several co-op displays receive fixes too.

These changes belong to the released 0.5.1 series. Future test-server content should be treated as another version. Grounded 2: Unlock the Omni Tool and Upgrade Its Functions explains basics and distinguishes a function from its tier.
